Glasgow West End is the area of Glasgow where the Belgrave Glasgow Hotel is located – and is one of the nicest and the greenest areas in Glasgow. There are a lot of pubs, bars, cafes, stores, museums, and the university – the big or small things that make this town area so special.

For the art connoisseur, there is art museum and gallery – Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, where you can enjoy beautiful paints including Salvador Dali Christ of Saint John of the Cross, or paints of Impressionist such as Claude Monet. If you are not fancy of paintings, then you may enjoy other exhibits such as Glasgow Tea Rooms designed for Glasgow tea room owner Miss Cranston by Charles Rennie Mackintosh (one of the famous Scottish designer), or Ancient Egypt room with Sarcophagus of Pa-Ba-Sa.
If you are music connoisseur, you do not want to miss the organ concert at the museum – daily at 1 pm.

The Riverside Museum is a new development for the Glasgow Museum of Transport (June 2011). The museum captivates the imagination of young and old alike. The museum charts the history of all different forms of transport and includes locomotives such as Caledonian Railway Caley No123 single driver, the oldest bicycle in the world and many cars from all times and countries of the world. The Clyde room has hundreds of models and charts the history of shipbuilding in Glasgow during its heyday.
Glasgow West End is filled with shops, pubs, bars; therefore you may enjoy shopping during the day, and spend a lovely evening in the restaurant. There are also plenty of restaurants/pubs gardens at the front of them, so if you prefer to have your coffee, beer or meal outside enjoying this lovely town a unique atmosphere – you may do so.
